Our Story
Founders Tariq Batanoni and Anthony McCourt, seasoned experts with over 30 years of construction and development experience across the UK and Bali, united in 2019 to launch Park Lane Development, bringing their vision of luxury to life with Mayfair Place—four exquisite English-style villas in Bali. Absolute perfection!
Mayfair Place in Canggu exceeded all expectations.
The space is beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. This home has so much family space to use and my favourite is the basement level with a brilliant gym which has a Peloton Bike and screen interface (which I used twice!) and the Cinema which was an experience – at night we watched movies, ate popcorn and turned on the AC and snuggled under the blankets – it was such a treat after a long hot day in the Balinese sun.
Our master bedroom felt like a palace and it’s so big with such a beautiful marble bathroom and gold roll top bath tub- views overlooking green zone rice fields, it was true luxury!
We used the roof level loads too- from sunrise yoga followed by Ice Bath to sunset canapés and wine watching the sunset right in front of our Villa- it was really incredible.
Check in staff were brilliant and our housekeeper Agung was so lovely!

The townhouse at Mayfair Place is exquisitely finished. The interiors remind me of Raffles hotel in Singapore. Once we stepped in to the home we were transported to a quintessential British Georgian house, with a basement that has a bar, snug, gym and cinema room (properly sound proofed with surround sound and a huge screen, with the most comfortable chairs). The basement was like a Mayfair private members club.
The views outside are outstanding, with a private infinity pool overlooking rice paddy fields.
Without a doubt, my favourite place was the master bedroom with roll top bath tub, paddy field views, lounge area and walk in wardrobe. I could have easily spent the whole holiday just in the bedroom.
The house is child friendly with a high chair, cot, baby gates and pool fence.
Ni Luh & her husband are just lovely. They really made us feel at home.
I would be back in a heartbeat. In fact, we loved it so much that we extended our stay …. Twice.

This place is stunning. Every detail is meticulous and we had an incredible stay here.
It’s well located (short walk or drive to many cafes and restaurants, as well as the beach). The rooms, view and ambience are actually even nicer in real life than in photos. It’s hard to capture. We loved ordering in and making use of the facilities here (the cinema room even had rolled up blankets ready for us on the comfy seats). Our morning routine of in-house gym time, ice bath and a jump in the pool made it unforgettable. As did the stocked games room (some hilarious rounds of Cards Against Humanity and round robin ping pong).
Overall, I’d highly recommend for anyone wanting a luxe, comfortable place where they’ve already thought of everything you’ll need. The perfect destination. We’ll be back!

My husband & I were looking for somewhere in Canggu, Bali to stay during the school holidays with our children that offered the benefits of a resort but had a home-y feel – As we were staying for 6 weeks, we wanted a home not a hotel room. It was honestly impossible to find somewhere near our favourite restaurants like Mason & Shelter, and we were having to look at booking Regent Canggu Bali, The Alila or Como – our usual choice, until we were referred to Mayfair Place by one of their long-term guests – which is the perfect combination of luxury and home comforts with a gated security for our peace of mind. Our children LOVED their room, and my husband enjoyed having his friends over for Martini & movie night – turning the in-house bar & cinema room into a business man cave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can’t wait to be back over the next school holidays. It has all the benefits of a luxury resort – but with added privacy and personalisation.

At first I thought this property was too good to be true because of its photos and the fact it pretty much has everything you could ever want, from the cinema, gym, bar, ice bath, infinity pool and incredible ricefield views! From inside it felt like we were in a London mansion, but as soon as we stepped outside we had been magically transported to Bali. Mayfair Place exceeded far beyond our expectations, the photos truly don’t do it justice. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeper and manager Iluh, she looked after us so well and made our trip amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

We loved Mayfair Place!!!
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon for three nights and it was beautiful, never seen anything so luxurious and stunning in Bali. We spent most of our time in the pool, bar (obviously) and cinema room.
The location was perfect being 10 minutes from the beach, the staff were super friendly and it was really quiet. We wish we could stay here forever! Thanks Mayfair Place.

Mayfair Place is truly a one-of-a-kind stay in Canggu. Having spent several months in Bali each year and experienced multiple villas in the area, we can confidently say that Mayfair is among the few we would love to return to.
The villa feels incredibly safe and exudes luxury in every detail. The ambience, amenities, and overall comfort make it a perfect place to stay. On top of that, the staff is professional and attentive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

This place is incredible! 5 stars
We stumbled upon this Villa in our search and thought it was too good to be true, but honestly, the Villa is even better than the pictures! The ground floor living, kitchen dining area is huge and just beautiful with a marble kitchen and stunning wooden floors throughout. Our two kids absolutely loved the basement Cinema room and break-out TV area- we played Monopoly there with everyone whilst we used the basement Bar for some cocktail making 🙂
The Master bedroom is bigger than most UK houses ha – such a pleasure to sleep in it- got the best sleep ever as the glazing is all double glazed too, so we heard nothing but silence the entire night.
I will be coming back with the family here again, Mayfair Place made our Bali trip!

Sensational!
I was fortunate enough to stay at Mayfair recently, and what an incredible place! I’d lived in Bali on and off for some time previously, so I’m aware of some of the incredible housing it has to offer, but Mayfair is on another level entirely!
The properties speak for themselves, the definition of comfort and luxury.
The location is sensational, you somehow feel like you’re secluded whilst overlooking greenery, but right on the doorstep of all the local area’s sights and sounds!
To cap it all off, the staff were incredible! As easy a recommendation as I’ve ever had to make!

Loved our stay here, the views are incredible and so rare to find in Canggu; the beds are also the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, and just the whole finish on the place is so beautiful. Added bonus is the downstairs bar and cinema for cute nights in!

I stayed at Mayfair over the Christmas & New Year period & it was truly incredible. Everything about the property from top to bottom is just next level. Im very active so being able to use the gym then head up to the rooftop for an icebath overlooking the ricefields was brilliant. The property is minutes away from the heart of Canggu yet still feels very secluded. All you can see are green ricefields, which is very refreshing & hard to find for this area of Bali.
